Swing Design (and Sawgrass) does not have any exchange, trade in, or buy back program for any Sawgrass SG500's or SG1000 printers. This includes if you purchased the printer directly from Swing Design or another vendor, new or used, or in working condition. If the printer has not been plugged in for more than 6 months to a year, it is more than likely the ink lines are clogged/hardened against the tubes. Our recommendation would be to take the printer to the nearest local electronic recycling center for proper disposal.
