I just want to know if this is new in box, refurbished, or open box.

The Bambu machines we sell are all brand new, unopened boxes. As this is a new series for us, we do not have refurbished models available at this time. However, if we do, they will be listed as "Refurbished" in the product title. All refurbished models are tested by Swing Design before being sent out.
