Any of our Refurbished machine listings (including the Siser Juliet) do not have a manufacturer warranty attached as they are no longer considered brand new (opened by a previous customer, missing accessories, original wrapping removed). No additional warranties can be purchased for any refurbished machine. If the refurbished embroidery machine arrives damaged, or are not working for any reason, our support team will work with you to repair or replace as needed within the first 30 days by contacting support@swingdesign.com
