Swing Design and Uninet are available to support you with the setup and technical aspects of your Uninet 1000 Direct To Film (DTF) A3+ 13" machine. You have a 1-year warranty on the machine, covering repair or replacement parts in accordance with the warranty (consumable parts like print heads, dampers, and supplies are not covered). For design support, you would want to work with a graphic designer.
