The Epson F570 is compatible with Windows PC and Mac as long as the drivers are able to be downloaded. As the Surface line of computers sometimes have processing systems that are more similar to a tablet, it is crucial to note if the computer can download and run the printer driver. The Epson Edge Print Pro software is also only PC compatible.
