Yes! You are able to select registration marks in the Versaworks software before printing. Once printed and laminated, you will input the sheet back into the printer, being sure to line up the registration marks where the machine will be sure to roll over them when setting up the paper. You will also want to make sure you have unchecked the registration marks in the system, and selected cut only.
