New designs can be uploaded to your machine via a USB Flash Drive from any sources in .PES format. For new designs, we recommend looking at SoFontsy.com. You can reach out to Swing Design support as a first level of support and knowledge on the machine. For further service, you can reach out to Bernette directly for warranty support.
