The Electrostatic Mat is designed to be specific to the Silhouette Cameo 5 machine. Unfortunately, It does not work on older models, such as the Cameo 4 line. There is a separate style Electrostatic Mat for the Silhouette Portrait 4, and it is built into the Curio 2.
